i call shenanigans!

my mama got home early from work today, which was totally awesome!  when mama got home, she took me and my big sis asa out in the backyard for playtime!  asa and i did some gentle sniffin' and some slow laps around the yard, and then mama started kicking my big green ball for me.  yesssss!  do you know what my mama did, though??  she can't deny it either cuz i've got pictures for evidences.

what, you can't see anythingie?  allow me to explain.  my mama kicked my big green ball into the tree!!  and she says i have pent up energies?  holy cow!

then mama tried to tell me she wasn't gonna be able to get my big green ball out of the tree until daddy got home.  whatevs!!!  i told her i wasn't leaving that tree until i got my ball back.  mama kinda gave me the hairy eyeball, but she knew deep down that it was totally her fault.  so she went and got my baseball and threw it up into the tree until she knocked my big green ball out.  it took like 50 gazillion years, but at least i got my ball back!!  good thingie, too, cuz now it's pouring rain and thundering like crazy!

Whew, what a relief that you got your ball back! I don't let my little dogs take their toys out into the yard so they don't have to worry about losing them up in a tree.

I think you're going to have to take your Mom out and exercise her more. She's got to get rid of that energy in a pawsitive way instead of getting into mischief like this incident. Good thing she got the ball out. Does she play soccer? I bet she's good at it if she does.

Now about that Green Ball eating tree!! Whew! I am surely glad that your mom was able to throw baseballs at it until it pooped your bestest Big Green Ball out. Lucky that you got it before the rain.

Does your momma have any years of undergraduate eligibilitys left? My mom's favoritest team (the OU Sooners) could really use a kicker. She says the one they had last year would NEVER have been able to kick your ball into the tree like that.

Anyways, I'm glad you didn't let her off the hook and made her do the right thing and gets your dear green ball outta that tree. Specially since it started rumbling and raining!

haha! I'm glad I'm not the only one who's put a ball up in a tree! My Lola girl would Never let me get away with it. So I'd use brooms and long sticks (yes,I've done it on more than one occasion!) to shake the branches and get the ball to drop out. Good thing you got it back before the rain.

BOL! I take it your mom isn't in your national soccer team! :)

We hate to say it... but we've seen it with out own eyes. Moms sometimes "throw like a girl."

Is that the problema here????

Anyway, glad she lived up to her responsibilities and got those balls out of the tree.

(Did Dad chuckle when he got home?)

Wirey love.

Wow we can't believe your mom got your green ball stuck in the tree! But we are so relieved that she got it down for you - imagine if it had started to rain while it was still up there - oh that would have been awful!

I am sooo glad your sissy decided to dwell on the positive. That means the entire family is too and we're grateful for that. Positive thinking often brings the best results!
As for today's post: BOL Mommy has the pent up energy. Killer line. Thanks for a great chuckle

Hello Everybuddy,
Your mom has the same ball-throwing skills as my mom, isn't that amazing? Maybe it's a "mom thing" and we just have to accept it butt it's kinda hard to be patient when our moms throw those balls where we can't reach them, am I right, pals? My mom throws balls that land on the top of roofs and bushes, can you believe it? It's embarrassing!
I hope Miss Asa is healing quickly and I hope she can run with you soon!

I've done that to Mabel's balls and she is not happy at ALL! So glad Mama got it back for you. If it were me, I would've got the baseball stuck too!
